Chocolate
Dark chocolate is an excellent choice for stimulation of the brain and memory, but not good if you want to lose weight. We have already learned that the entire body slows down towards the end of the day, and the most calories “saved” in the body as stocks. One die or rib chocolate as a small dessert will not do a lot of damage, but rarely does anyone may be limited to “one die”.
Vegetables
You’ve never ever thought that someone will recommend that you do not eat vegetables? Though we often enter into the body and have it on our plates almost daily, vegetables still not a good choice if you are planning for a snack before going to bed. Vegetables like onions, broccoli and cabbage contain large amounts of insoluble fiber which will make you feel satisfied for a long time which is great during the day. But the evening will be very difficult to digest and can cause bloating.
Alcohol
Most often we drink it at night, after various commitments throughout the day, with a light dinner or while socializing with friends. But spirits are “dream killers” and except for excessive sweating can be a cause and frequent awakenings during the night. In addition to being the very calorific drinks, can affect the length of sleep.
Cheeseburger
